LTL DELIVERIES (CRATE-PACKAGED)

For LTL deliveries, someone must be present to inspect and sign for the products at the time of delivery. While the truck driver can place the item at a location accessible by the vehicle, please note that MIKOLO Fitness does not provide white glove service.

*White glove service typically includes delivery to a specified room, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging. However, this service is not included in our standard LTL delivery option.

CHANGE ADDRESS/ OREDERS

• MILKOLO does not support address changes after shipment to prevent package loss or damage. CANCELLATION

At MIKOLO Fitness, we aim to process all orders in a timely manner, typically within 2-3 business days. To ensure that cancellation requests are handled efficiently, the following terms govern the cancellation of orders:1. Cancellation Request Period ◦ Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted, as the order will have already entered processing or shipping.2. Shipped Orders ◦ Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. • Only items in original packaging can be returned.If an item is sent back in non-original packaging, this will immediately void the refund for the customer.
