Shipping Rates

$5 Flat Rate on orders (subtotal after discounts, before tax).

•Rates apply to U.S. domestic shipping.

Order ConfirmationAfter you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 1–2 business days.

Order ProcessingOrders are processed within 3–5 business days. When your order ships, we’ll email you tracking details.

Shipping & CarriersWe ship via USPS. Most orders ship within 1–4 business days after processing.

Estimated Delivery TimeTypical delivery is 3–5 business days from shipment. During high-volume periods, delivery may take 7–14 business days.

Shipping Confirmation & TrackingYou’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you ordered more than one item, your order may come in multiple shipments. You will receive separate notifications and tracking for each shipment.

Delivery & Lost/Stolen PackagesAll packages include tracking. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you can’t locate your package:

Check with neighbors, family, or building staff.

Wait 24 hours—packages are sometimes marked “delivered” prematurely.

Contact the carrier to start an inquiry.

File a police report.

Snagged & Bagged Is Not Responsible for Stolen PackagesOnce a package is marked delivered, Snagged & Bagged is not liable for loss/theft. To minimize risk, ship to a secure location.

Returns, Refunds & Shipping ErrorsAll sales are final due to our limited-inventory model. We do not accept returns or exchanges.Exception: If we ship the wrong item, email info@snaggedandbagged.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a prepaid return label and issue a full refund once the item is received back in unused condition.

Final Sale

All items are final sale so we can pass along the best possible prices. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
