Shipping All of our items are offered with free shipping to delivery addresses within USA (selected areas). Please note that some addresses in very remote areas or urban areas with limited access may incur additional charges. If you think you may live in one of these areas, please contact us for rates prior to making your purchase. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. In-stock items usually ship within 4 to 5 business days. Arrival time is generally between 2-4 weeks after placing your order.

For made-to-order products, arrival time is generally between 8-10 weeks.

We offer premium white glove delivery service that includes two or more delivery people bringing your merchandise into your home, unpacking and assembling it in the room of your choice. White glove also includes removal of discarded packaging materials if requested. Once your shipment arrives at the delivering terminal, the freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. If you are not home to receive a scheduled delivery and the freight company has to return with your order, a second delivery fee may apply. When your shipment arrives, verify the number of boxes delivered is the same as the number of boxes listed on the bill of lading prior to signing for the delivery. All cartons shipped via freight carrier must be thoroughly inspected for any signs of mishandling such as dents, holes, rips, tears etc. Any damage must be noted on the bill of lading (delivery receipt) before it is signed. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be assumed to have occurred after delivery, and therefore will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note that for single item orders of small items such as ottomans, White Glove delivery service is not available. Instead, these items will be delivered directly to your threshold or front door for your convenience. Returns and Refund Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For made-to-order purchases, products cannot be returned due to the item is uniquely made for you. Products also cannot be cancelled after 3 days since the purchase date.

Your refund will be processed after inspection of the returned product, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@hydelinefurniture.com.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@hydelinefurniture.com and we will arrange a replacement.

Shipping To return your product, please contact sales@hydelinefurniture.com and we will arrange a pick up order at no additional cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
