Brown &+ Ginger's Refund Policy

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

To complete your return, we require your order number and, if the item has become damaged in transit we will require photographs of the damage PRIOR to returning it back to us, please send this to info@brownandginger.com along with your order number and we will respond within one working day.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within one working day to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied using your original method of payment, dependent on your payment method it may take up to five working days for this to show back in your balance, but it is often much quicker.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first ensure five working days have elapsed, if they have please do check your bank account again. If you paid using a credit card it can sometimes take until your next statement arrives to show refunds, please do bear with us as we are very prompt with refunds!

Sale Items (if applicable):

We are pleased to advise that sale items have the same returns/refunds process as non-sale items, please see above for returns information.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contacts us on info@brownandginger.com to let us know how we can help.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your unwanted item.

Outward shipping costs in the case of unwanted items are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of outward shipping will also be deducted from your refund.

We can arrange a collection for you and send you the label to attach to your return and deduct that from your refund, simply let us know if you'd like to do that (there are no admin charges associated with this service, we simply pass the cost of the collection on to you, cost agreed in advance).

If arranging your own return please ensure you use a tracked and insured service.-----
