Most orders are shipped FedEx ground, UPS or USPS within days of your order being received. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Some items will take longer as noted on the item page.

Some large orders or items will be shipped via truck freight. For truck freight orders, you MUST check the pallet for damage upon receipt of the shipment and mark any damage on the driver’s delivery slip. We ensure that all truck freight shipments leave our warehouse in good order. Kodo Kids will not be held responsible for any shipping damage that is not marked on the delivery slip upon receipt of the shipment.

An incorrect shipping address, payment delay or issue, large quantity orders, or a FedEx failure to deliver (e.g., severe weather conditions) may result in delayed shipping. Shipping costs are calculated by destination and actual weight. Shipping rates are subject to change. Customers can estimate shipping and tax by entering the destination prior to checking out.

We currently deliver to the United States. For international shipments, or shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please email us at info@kodokids.com for current shipping rates.

Most of the products are all shipped out together and will arrive at the same time. However, if the order is large and is shipped in more than one package, they may arrive separately.

Please inspect all boxes in your order within 7 days of delivery to confirm the order is correct and free from damage. If you receive an item that you did not order, are missing an item that you anticipated would be in your shipment or received an item that was damaged in shipping please retain all packing materials and contact us immediately to address the issue.

We want you to love your Kodo materials! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sale and issue a full refund for products in new condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please take note of our contact information which is easily accessible on the Contact Us page of the website.

Please note that many of our products are not for use outdoors. Leaving the Chalk Spinner, mobile magnet wall, or other indoor wooden products outside will ruin the product and doing so voids any warranty on the product. Please use care and read all product guides provided.

How to Return a Product

To return an item(s), simply contact Customer Service via phone (720-340-2704) or email to info@kodokids.com . Please note, images are required for damaged items. In the event the item is returned for reasons other than product defect, customer is responsible for repackaging and return shipping costs. The box the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. Once your return is received, you will receive a full refund for the item(s), along with an email message confirming receipt. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
