Order Processing Times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times, such as holidays and sales, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Times and costs - FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100

We ship from our warehouse located in Ontario Canada. We currently ship to Canada only. Your shipping times will vary based on your selection at check-out.

•Orders shipping to an address in Canada, using standard shipping, weighing 0-0.8kg will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling of $20

•Orders shipping to an address in Canada, using standard shipping, weighing 0.81-1kg will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling of $25

•Orders shipping to an address in Canada, using standard shipping, weighing 1.1-5kg will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling of $30

•Orders shipping to an address in Canada, using standard shipping, weighing 5-10kg will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling of $50

Returns

Please go to our Returns Policy for details around returns. We do accept returns or unopened (plastic intact) products within 15 days of purchase. For any questions, please contact kim@soundland.ca.

Contact - SoundLand - Checkout

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging (plastic still intact). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at kim@soundland.ca. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at kim@soundland.ca.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kim@soundland.ca.
