Order Processing
Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays observed by Virutex.
Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or locations outside the continental United States.
Delivery Times
Products will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the order date.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, the customer may cancel the purchase and request a refund within 30 days of the charge.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
Order Tracking

Right to Repair or ReplacementIf the products do not match the order placed, the customer has the right to request repair or replacement at no additional cost, within 14 days from the shipping date.
Returns Due to Customer Error or DecisionIf the customer wishes to return a product due to an order error or change of mind, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Products must be returned in their original condition and unused.
Warranty ExclusionsAny tampering or repair of products during the warranty period by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
