Return Policy and Conditions of Order1. Merchandise already accepted by the buyer may not be returned for refund. We do not accept mattress returns due to health and hygiene issues.2. Any refunds accepted that were paid by check o cash will be issued by check. Refund processing that was originally paid by check will take 2 weeks before a refund will be issued.

3. Any Exchange or REFUND may be subjecting to handling fees and shipping charges, this includes warranty exchanges.

4. All warranties and guarantees voided on stained, soiled, damaged, or abused merchandise.

5. Special Orders not subject to cancellations.

6. Seller makes no warranties beyond the written description of the goods. This disclaimer does not affect manufacturer's warranties.

7. Bedbutlers des not accept responsibility of changes in textures, dye lots of fabric, leather or wood products when ordering from the catalog, website, or floor model.

8. Any allowable cancellations/returns will be subject to a 20 percent processing fee.

9. There will be no refunds on gift cards or sale items.
