Shipping — U.S. (Lower 48)

Flat rate: $6.95 on all orders shipping within the continental United States.

Free shipping: Orders $75+ ship free. Threshold is calculated after discounts and promotions.

Carriers: We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage. Oversized or higher‑value items may ship UPS or FedEx Ground. If you prefer UPS, please select the UPS option at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Estimates

Order cutoff: Orders placed by 1:00 pm Mountain Time (MT) typically ship the same business day. We schedule carrier pickups between 3:00–4:00 pm MT; orders must be received at least 2 hours prior so we can pull, pack, and label. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

Transit time: Estimated 3–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier service level.

Business days & weekends: Most carriers count business days as Monday–Friday. We also ship on Saturdays via USPS with the same 3:00–4:00 pm MT pickup window. Carriers do not pick up on Sundays or on USPS/UPS‑observed U.S. federal holidays.

Alaska & Hawaii

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Transit times vary by location.

Canada & International

•Orders ship via USPS International services (service may vary by destination and weight/value).

Duties & taxes: Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Timing: Delivery windows depend on destination and customs processing.

Returns

Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

•Items showing use (e.g., worn, used, fished, or damaged) that cannot be sold as new will be returned to you.

Packaging: Please pack returns carefully to prevent damage in transit.

How to start a return: Contact us with your order number to initiate a return and receive instructions.

Warranties: Items covered by a manufacturer's repair warranty should be sent directly to the manufacturer.

The fastest way to get the right item is to place a new order for the replacement and return the original item for a refund once received and inspected.

•If the exchange is for preference‑based reasons (size, color, etc.), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
