Thank you for shopping with Rogue + Wolf. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

Order processing

Each product is crafted especially for you, so please allow 3–10 business days for us to make and dispatch your order before it begins its journey to you. You'll find a more precise estimate on each product's page. Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking.

Shipping rates

Shipping depends on the destination and on where each product ships from. As a rough guide it's around £3.50 per product (approximately $4.50 to the US), but the exact cost is always calculated and shown to you at checkout, before you pay.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery estimates are shown on each product's page and confirmed at checkout. As a general guide, our footwear typically reaches you within 7–15 business days in the UK, 8–17 business days in Europe, and 10–20 business days to the US and the rest of the world (this is the total time from order to doorstep, in business days, Monday–Friday). Other products vary but generally arrive within around five business days. These are estimates rather than guarantees — courier and customs delays outside our control can occasionally extend them.

Customs, duties & import taxes

For international orders, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's import rules before ordering, as we're unable to reimburse charges levied by customs.

Order tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email you a link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a parcel once it's dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or an uncollected delivery, may incur a re-shipping cost.

We offer FREE returns internationally.

We also offer one FREE size exchange, up to 2 sizes difference on all products with sizes.

We accept all returns/exchanges and will refund you the cost of the items as soon as we receive them and pending review they are in satisfactory condition.

Items must be returned within 60 days of ordering. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return.

Items must be unworn or in ‘As New’ Condition. Any items received with scratches we might not be able to refund you for.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

•Gift cards

•Downloadable software products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

•Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

•Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@rogueandwolf.com .

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded (no idea why some companies don’t accept refunds for sale items :P ).

Size Exchanges

We offer one FREE size exchange, up to 2 sizes difference on all products with sizes.Obviously this can only be of the same design, just different size.

Gifts

If the item was sent to you as a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
