Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All shipping is serviced by USPS First Class Mail which takes an estimate of 1-3 business days.

Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. For changes or cancellations to your order, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of placing your order. If the shipment process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Amazon pay. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to a Utah address.

Return Policy

We do hope that you love what you’ve ordered! If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will offer a refund or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Returns must be new, unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories, instruction booklet and labels. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days. The cost of the original shipping is not refundable. You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded. Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping

USPS Ground shipping is a flat rate for all orders within mainland U.S.A. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
