We have a 14-day return policy for store credit only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return back to us. We do not offer refunds back to your original form of payment, store credit only.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return cost. Please include when returning a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be received within the 14 day window. Take into consideration shipping times from USPS or UPS. We recommend you get proof of delivery on the return in case the package gets lost in the mail. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent free, smoke free with original tags still attached. All accessories including : earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and purses are final sale only. Returns will not be accepted. All sale items marked down 25% off or more are final sale. Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage.
