Shipping We offer FREE ground shipping on orders over $199 within the continental United States (lower 48 states). Shipping is provided by UPS or USPS depending on package size and weight. If your order is time-sensitive and must ship immediately, we offer RUSH Processing. RUSH orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time will ship that same day. RUSH orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the following morning. Please note that RUSH Processing is "in-house" order processing only — it is not a shipping method. Refund policy Returns We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from casinosupply.com. We are proud to offer our 180 Day No Hassle Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item in it's original condition within 180 days of the purchase for a full merchandise refund. Refunds will be returned to the original purchase payment method. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is not due to our error, the shipping cost will be at the customers expense.
