Route Shipping Insurance

Route is a super cheap shipping insurance that will cover your order should it be lost or stolen in transit. You will have a checkbox option at checkout to purchase Route insurance with your order. Cost is usually .98 to 1% of your order total.

Filing a claim is super easy. When you purchase coverage with your order you should receive a confirmation email. Within that email should be an easy one-click "file claim" link. This will pre-fill all your info. Just hit submit and you're done! Within 48 hours a replacement order will be shipped to you or a refund should your items not be in stock. If you misplace your Route confirmation email you can file your claim here . You just need your email and order number.

Lost/Stolen Package

Bliss Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages but will work with you to try and locate your package and assist in any investigations. Email me if you have any questions or concerns.In the meantime I suggest trying to fill out a help request and/or a missing mail request here . This has been largely successful at locating packages as well but I do still strongly suggest Route Shipping Insurance to cover you as they will usually pay claims within 24-48 hours which is phenomenal.

This clothing is incredible, and I am confident you will love it, but hey, online shopping can be difficult sometimes.

Policy

Suppose, for any reason; you aren't satisfied. In that case, I will accept returns unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, visible wear smells, or animal hair with tags still attached mailed within 14 days of receipt for Exchange or Store Credit for the cost of the item.

★ Shipping and Route Insurance fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

★ Any items returned without approval and/or outside the 14-day return window will be returned to you.

★ Exclusions apply. Sale items and certain items such as intimates are final sales. See below for more information.

Order Cancellations + Changes

Unfortunately, I can not change or cancel the order once an order is placed. My warehouse team is super speedy and often have orders processed within minutes of your order. Once an order is placed, it is subject to the original return policy.

Undeliverable/Return To Sender

Suppose a shipment is unable to be delivered or the customer chooses to return to sender. In that case, the customer is responsible for any fees or costs of the return and the original shipping costs. The total amount will be deducted from the customer's refund. Please be sure your address is correct when placing your order.

Sale Items

Sale items, including items in the "Last Chance Sale Collection" as well as all sales or promotions, are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Coupon codes such as the 10% coupon for signing up to the Bliss Boutique Email Blast, free shipping promos, or gifted email promo codes are not included or are considered "Sale Items." Shoes

Shoes must be in their original box or bag and unworn, free of all things mentioned above. Please try on your shoes inside on the carpet wearing socks for a super awesome, easy return process :) Please do not tape up or put a label on the original shoebox. The shoebox (for shoes that come in original box packaging) must be intact to receive Store Credit.

Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene reasons, accessories such as hats, headbands, jewelry, and intimates such as bralettes are a final sale only.

Defects

I do my very best to inspect all items before heading your way, but if for any reason there is a defect of some kind I may have missed, I will cover return shipping and get you refunded as soon as I receive your return. Just select "Item is defective" when you fill out the returns form below, and a return shipping label will be issued to you. IMPORTANT NOTE: Items will be inspected once received, and if no defect is found, you will be refunded minus the cost of the return shipping label. Returns are still subject to the 14-day return policy.

2. Package your return up all perfect and mail it to:
