All orders within the US are shipped either FedEx, UPS, or USPS. The service we use is dependent on your location & the size of the parcel. International orders are shipped either UPS or FedEx Express.

Taxes & duties charged by countries outside the US are beyond our control and not included in shipping or purchase costs.

Dive Bomb Industries offers a 30 day return policy. If you would like to return an item you have purchased, you may do so within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping & handling. Product must be returned in like new condition in original packaging. Only original purchaser with proof of purchase will be warranted. Second hand or re-sold product will not be warranted. Normal wear and tear is not permitted as warrant-able nor are returns requested from misuse or neglect. Silhouette decoys can be cracked or split from a poor strike of a rubber mallet in frozen ground. For this reason, it is recommended the Dirt Dagger is used in frozen ground as this is the only way to ensure your decoys will not be damaged. Please email or call for return authorization prior to returning. Products returned without prior authorization will be refused.
