Return Period

•You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your product, unless noted otherwise. Please note that this return period applies to most products sold by MTS Pro Services, with specific exceptions as detailed below.

Non-returnable Items

Configure-To-Order (CTO) Products: Products that are custom-configured to your specifications, such as CTO Mac computers, are not eligible for return. These sales are considered final.

Special Order Items: Items that are not regularly stocked and are specially ordered upon your request cannot be returned.

Damaged or Abused Items: Products that are returned damaged, incomplete, or have been abused are not eligible for return. This includes items not in their original condition, missing parts, or those that have been altered from their original state in any way.

Condition of Returned Items

•To be eligible for a return, items must be complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging. This includes all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the product.

Refund Process

Cash Sales: For purchases made in cash, refunds will be issued as a company-issued check. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing and mailing of your refund check.

How to Return Your Product

•After your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your product, including shipping information and any necessary return authorization forms.

•Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.
