International Shipping time

Orders sent Standard shipping typically arrive in about 1 to 3 weeks. However, delays can occur in transit or from holds at the local customs office. Because of this, it is possible to take up to 5 weeks for an international shipment to be delivered.

Order Processing time Shipment date does not include processing time.

Processing time generally takes 1-3 days depending on stock with completed package and during high demand periods it could take up to 5-7 days.

Customs/Duty Taxe

Welikemall is not responsible for any custom taxes or fees associated with the packages. Cost for additional customs & taxes vary by country. For more information about custom taxes please contact your local customs tax office.

Customer is responsible for packages withheld by local customs office and any customs tax applied for picking up. In the case of a returned item due to rejected delivery, Customer will be charged the shipping amount with additional 20% restocking fee.

EU customers will also be responsible for VAT (value added tax) fees on top of the customs fees until further notice.

Unfortunately, we only have access to as much information that is available on the tracking page. The carrier is responsible for any lost mail and we cannot issue any refunds on lost or damage packages. We can do is file a case with post office people or courier. We apologize for any inconvenience in this regard.

Shipping Address Changes Once the goods is shipped out, it is unable to change the shipping address. Customer should update your address on the USPS website, though. If the package returns to us due to incorrect address, it will be canceled and charged with additional 20% restocking fee. Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Welikemall are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or confiscated packages by the shipping carriers and will not refund orders in these cases.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you need to request it within 10 days of receipt. your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping cost is not refundable for any returned orders or packages.

Welikemall reserves the right to refuse/discard unqualified returned items that did not meet our site policy guidelines.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, customs made item or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Packages that are returned because they were refused, unclaimed, or unpaid in custom duties (for international orders) are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Packages that are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address including foreign characters or missing apt # are subject to 20% restocking fee.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
