We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

All paintings are made to order. This means our average processing times range between 20-30 business days, depending on the painting's complexity. This time represents the painting and drying process.

Shipping times:

Framed paintings are shipped using DHL Express, while rolled canvas paintings are shipped via FedEx and UPS Express.

US, CA: 1-3 business days

AU, NZ: 2-4 business days

EU: 1-3 business days

Rest of the world: 2-5 business days

All paintings are shipped after painting, framing, and quality inspection is completed. These processes can take up to 30 business days. All paintings come with free 100% insurance coverage.

Pieces that are shipped with Frame:

Paintings shipped with frames are shipped out with Express Shipping with DHL. For any other questions, please get in touch with us at info@artbymaudsch.com.

Pieces that are shipped out without Frame:

Paintings shipped without framing are sent as a Rolled Canvas. For any other questions, please get in touch with us at info@artbymaudsch.com.

Shipping information:

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice card to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Duties and Taxes According to our shop policy, buyers are responsible for any Duties and Import Taxes that may apply. However, this does not apply to customers in the UK, where all Duties and VAT are already included in the purchase price. For any questions, please reach out to info@artbymaudsch.com .

Our satisfaction guarantee is active for 90 days* post delivery. If more than 90 days have passed since the delivery date, we can’t offer you a refund.

For returns, please email info@artbymaudsch.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.

*Disclaimer: The 90 days return time doesn't count for damaged products. Damaged products should be addressed within 48 hours of delivery of the package.

*Disclaimer: Returns and refunds are not applicable for orders for which the VAT/DUTY charges are not paid.

Returning is free with Art by Maudsch.

Art by Maudsch will provide the customer with a return slip with instructions on where to send returned goods. Make sure to package the painting in the original packaging or one that's equally protective.

Our customers return for free. Art by Maudsch pays return costs; VAT/Duties are not included.

Refund

The customer gets a confirmation email about the refund status when the returned item is received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We accept cancellations only within 48 hours after the order has been placed.

Orders without a response to the approval request within 72hours are not eligible for a refund or cancellation of the order.

Approval Email

After the artist makes the order, an email will be sent with samples of the painting, including a video and multiple photos, to the customer for their approval. If, in any case, these sample emails are not answered within 24 hours, two follow-up emails will be sent to the customer after every 24 hours. If, in any case, the last follow-up email is not answered within 24 hours, we will continue with the next step in the painting process to complete the order. Customers who have not responded within 24 hours to the last sample follow-up email will not be eligible for cancellations or refunds.

Gift Cards

Use of our gift cards can be redeemed only at Art by Maudsch. This card cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit. Please treat this card like cash; if it is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced.

Priority Shipping and Extra Safe Packaging

Refunds for extra options follow specific conditions:

Priority Shipping: Non-refundable unless the painting arrives later than the expected delivery date.

Extra Safe Packaging: Non-refundable unless the painting arrived with damage.
