International orders may be returned to the U.S. for a full refund. Please contact Lift Down Support to initiate your return. If you received a defective product, please contact info@liftdown.com for a free replacement.

Both domestic and international returns are eligible for a refund only if the barcode sticker is intact on the cap and the hat shaper insert is included.

United States Orders

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Orders are eligible for a refund or exchange only if the barcode sticker is intact on the cap and the hat shaper insert is included.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping label and a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the shipping label cost and 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and IssuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items / FinalCertain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or embroidered hats), and orders over $250. All custom orders (embroidery and other decoration methods) are final and are not eligible to be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off PeriodNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

International Orders (Non-US)

We accept returns for international (non-US) orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return for a refund, please email info@liftdown.com for instructions and the return address.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly delayed, we will make it right. Please contact us at info@liftdown.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’re committed to making sure you receive your item as expected, and we will gladly reship your order if necessary.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
