Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email or the contact information provided during checkout.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many products, orders may not be canceled once production, design work, or processing has begun.

Cancellation requests submitted before production begins may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Digital products, downloadable items, subscriptions, memberships, and personalized products are non-cancelable and non-refundable once purchased.

4. RETURNS

Due to the personalized, custom, digital, and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless an error was made by Kreations by Kim.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, spelling, uploaded images, sizing, and design approvals prior to production.

5. DELAYED ORDERS

Kreations by Kim is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our control.

In cases of significant processing delays caused directly by Kreations by Kim, customers may be contacted regarding updated turnaround times and available resolution options.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines become the responsibility of the carrier.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Kreations by Kim is not liable for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims related to shipping damage or delivery issues. We are happy to assist with documentation or claim-related information when possible.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain shipping methods, carriers, or destinations may be unavailable depending on the product type, package size, or delivery location.

Kreations by Kim reserves the right to adjust shipping methods when necessary to ensure safe and successful delivery.

8. LOCAL DELIVERY/PICKUP

Customers selecting local delivery or pickup are responsible for providing accurate contact information and being available during the agreed delivery or pickup timeframe.

Kreations by Kim is not responsible for missed local delivery attempts caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability.

Once a local delivery order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

Kreations by Kim is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, weather-related, or missing items after delivery has been completed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address and drop-off location are accurate and secure at the time of delivery.

Refunds

If an order is canceled for any reason, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
