We offer FREE shipping on all our products. Most of our products are made in the USA and most products are custom made for our customers. Most in-stock items ship within five business days from the order date, unless your order is a custom/special item.

It normally takes 3-7 business days for your product to be created if not in stock and then 1-2 weeks for shipping depending on weight. Please note that during Covid - all orders are delayed due to high demand. Actual ship time is listed on the website product pages, if it is not clear - please contact us first before placing your order. Our larger items require freight shipments, which are longer and smaller items are shorter. In this case, we will shoot you an e-mail to let you know when the item(s) will be ready. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you after your order leaves our warehouse.

Depending on the product and weight we work with all major carriers and various freight brokers, we primarily ship through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

We want you to be happy. If you are unsatisfied with our product quality you are entitled to a replacement or money back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Defective Products Replacement of defective products is covered completely. We will provide you with a prepaid label or reimburse you for shipping, and ship out a replacement to you.

Returns A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returned items. Refunds are issued minus shipping costs both ways. Any item returned damaged or unreasonably worn is subject to additional fees. You will be refunded after the package reaches our facilities and is inspected. This policy does not apply to oversize non-returnable items.

*All Returns must have a RMA number, which we will gladly issue you when you contact us. All returns that are sent without prior contact with customer service and a proper RMA number will be disregarded. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thecharmingbench.com.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Cancellations and Refunds

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. If your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are issued to the original credit card used for the order.
