We ship via UPS and Freight. Processing time for UPS orders is 5-7 days. Processing time for freight orders is up to 2-4 weeks.
We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Contact us for a shipping quote if purchasing from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or countries outside of the United States.
Customer addresses are confirmed by our shipping team at the time freight orders are ready to ship. Additional fees are due if an alternate ship to address is requested while the freight is in route. Freight will be held at the nearby terminal until the fee is paid by the customer.
Freight carriers ONLY drop off curbside and will not bring the shipment into your garage, home or facility. All freight shipments require a valid telephone number. You will be contacted in advance by the carrier to make sure you are present to receive the shipment. If the freight carrier cannot reach you, your order will only be held at the nearby terminal for 48 hours before accumulating storage fees. You will be responsible for the storage fees and return shipment fees if you are unable to receive the shipment.

Returns from The Dynasty Fitness
Once payment is processed, orders cannot be cancelled and can only be returned for STORE CREDIT. You may return most items in new condition, sold and fulfilled by DYNASTY FITNESS, within 30 days of receipt for store credit only. Contact us within that timeframe if any product you received is damaged.
Store credit is processed once products are received in house. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of customer receipt.
Returns will be sent back to DYNASTY FITNESS at the customers expense. There will be a 30% restocking fee for any returned items. If there is an error on behalf of DYNASTY FITNESS, then DYNASTY FITNESS will cover the cost of return shipping and waive the restocking fee.
Pre-order items cannot be refunded.
No price adjustments will be made if item purchased has gone on sale.
