Refund policy Let us know within 2 business days of receiving your order if any purchase is received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, or if an expedited order arrived late. For other returns, the following policies apply. Products purchased from Performance Audio must have a return shipping label dated within 14 days of the original delivery date. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, including packaging, accessories, UPCs, manuals, and bonus items.
