Standard USA Delivery:
As soon as you make a VESSEL purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to deliver your order on time. Ground orders can take 5 business days to be processed.
Once shipped, ground shipments can take 3-5 business days to destinations within California and up to 5-10 business days to locations on the East Coast.
We offer FREE economy shipping for all orders $300+ within the contiguous USA.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require FedEx 2-day delivery.
FedEx 2-Day Delivery:
For FedEx 2-day shipping, the delivery timeframe is 2-3 business days from the shipment date. This timeframe only covers the transit time and does not include the standard processing times. Weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays are not counted in this shipping timeframe. Please consider this when placing your order near a holiday.
International Delivery:
We offer FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority shipping, and DHL International Shipping. Orders to Canada and Europe can take up to 4-8 business days, and orders to the rest of the world can take up to 8-14 business days. Only select items are available for international shipping.

Returns from VESSEL
At Vessel, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund, or exchange it for something else. Any return or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, and in the original box and/or packaging. A refund will only be given for the cost of the item. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund. Buyer must pay for the return shipping and handling charges. Please include a copy of your receipt along with the returned or exchanged goods. Custom items are nonrefundable.
