Returns from REBE
Customers may request a return within 10 days of receiving their order. Returns can be initiated via our Returns Portal . Depending on the reason selected, you may be eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund.
Only full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange, and must be in their original condition with tags attached. Sale and discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or faulty. Whether returning or exchanging, we offer a subsidised DHL service at a reduced flat rate:
