Islands and Scottish Highlands

Free standard delivery in 3-6 working days. This excludes large bulky items where a delivery surcharge of £29.99 may be applicable. You will be notified by email if your order contains an extra delivery charge. Slight delays to standard shipping times will occur around public holidays and during busy times such as Christmas.

Express Delivery

Expedited delivery is available on orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at a cost of £6.95. Please note, orders placed before 3pm on a Friday with express delivery shipping are not guaranteed for a weekend delivery.

We use Royal Mail, DPD, Amazon Shipping and UK Mail.

Important

When you place your order the delivery address cannot be altered - goods can only be sent to the address provided at the point of checkout. Please ensure your expected delivery date does not land on a public holiday. We cannot guarantee courier delivery times at peak periods, these are only an estimate. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@theonlinetoystore.co.uk . If your return is accepted, we’ll give instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with in 48 hours of recieving your order, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How To Return Your Item

If you wish to return your item back to us for a full refund, please include your order details with your return. If you do not include your order details we do not know who to refund.
