Shipment LocationsThe Sensory Sloth does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only- anywhere in Australia.
Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of the order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. COVID-19 disruptions and extreme weather conditions may cause delays.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Our aim is to make sure all of our customers are fully satisfied and happy with their purchases, however, if something's not quite right please contact us as soon as possible via email info@thesensorysloth.com.
We can issue refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of receiving your order.If your product/s is found to be faulty or damaged, instead of returning items you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability. Every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us in detail what went wrong, attach photos, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then if possible you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
