If you would like to order your baby gear early, then have it delivered later (such as a month before your due date, or even once you're home from hospital with bub), we can happily delay the delivery date* for you. When you check out, please add a note to let us know your preferred delivery schedule.

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping option is free for orders over $39. To help reduce fuel use and our environmental impact, our couriers group nearby deliveries, which means standard delivery can take up to one week.

Self collection

You can collect your order from our Loyang warehouse or a supplier warehouse, depending on where your items are stocked. Once your order is ready, we’ll confirm your pickup location. If your items are stored in different warehouses, we’ll let you know where each can be collected.

Our Philosophy

We're a small, sustainability-focused business that truly cares about the planet our children will inherit. We understand that shopping online means you can't always touch and feel products before buying, so we've created a returns policy that's fair to everyone while staying true to our environmental values.

30-Day Change of Mind Returns

What we need from you:

•Products and packaging in excellent condition - basically, if we'd be comfortable selling it to another expecting family, we're happy to accept it back

•Please note that some items have tamper-evident packaging, so once opened, we can't accept returns (we simply can't repack them as new)

•Everything in its original packaging, just as you received it

What you can expect:

•Store credit to use on anything you love

•A small restocking fee will apply

•Shipping costs aren't refundable (we hope you understand!)

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Drop us a message on WhatsApp or email us at hola@pramfox.com

Step 2.: Send us photos of the item and packaging so we can help you

Step 3: Choose what works best for you:

•Drop it back to us at our Loyang Warehouse (19 Loyang Way, #07-20 Changi Logistics Centre, 508724) when convenient, or

•We'll arrange pickup (the cost will come out of your return balance)

Items We Can't Accept Back

•Clearance items (these are final sale to keep prices low for everyone)

•Products that aren't in sellable condition

•Items with damaged or missing packaging

•Car seats with opened packaging. We're unable to accept returns on car seats once the packaging has been opened, as we can't verify they haven't been used.

Product Warranties

Good news! Warranty claims go directly through the manufacturers, and we're always here to help you navigate that process. Warranties are completely separate from returns.

If a product is defective, please contact us immediately. In cases where a repair or replacement isn't possible, we will provide a refund, which is processed within 1-2 working days.
