SHIPPING TIMES- Once an order is placed it will be shipped out within 3-8 days. If it will be a longer wait, you will be contacted by email with an expected ship date. If Priority Mail is selected, the product will be mailed within 24 hours and will be sent by USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days shipping. RETURNS-Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery date. The product has to be in it's original condition with all tags attached. Any item that is worn is not returnable. The return postage must be paid for by the buyer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at khstaginganddesign@gmail.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

All seasonal items are final sale.

Exchange- If you need to exchange an item, please order the correct size online and mail back the item that needs to be replaced. The original item needs to be in its original condition and mailed back within 14 days of its delivery. The return postage must be purchased and paid for by the buyer. A packing slip is included with original purchase for returns or exchanges. If you no longer have that packing slip, please send an email to khstaginganddesign@gmail.com

DAMAGE- If an item is damaged in shipping, please send photos of the damage to khstaginganddesign.com. After receiving photos an assessment of damages will take place. Refunds will not be applied until photos are received. You will then be contacted by KH Staging and Design to inform you of your next steps. If the purchase needs to be mailed back to KH Staging and Design an email will be sent with a prepaid return label. Do not throw anything away until you have received confirmation and directions by KH Staging and Design.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. No refunds are given after 15 business days have passed from package delivery.
