All orders will ship next business day. Please note that All In Faith is closed on Saturday, Sunday & Monday. This will exclude any holiday closures and jewelry pieces that require production time.

All packages are shipped UPS. The only exception to this is for PO Boxes. These will have to be shipped via USPS. We offer free shipping over $60. USPS shipments can take 7-10 business days to deliver. These times do not reflect any applicable production times for the products or shipping delays with the carrier.

Wrong Address

If your order has not yet shipped, no problem, just contact us immediately our Contact Us Page. We will do everything we can to stop and change the address as long as the package has not been picked up by the shipping company. If we have already shipped the package, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. If your package is delivered to an incorrectly entered address, there is nothing further we can do. It is the customers responsibility to collect packages from their delivery location.

Order Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us via our Support Page . Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Received Wrong Item

If we sent you the wrong order we greatly apologize! Reach out to us via our Contact Us Page. We will get the issue resolved as quickly as we can. In most instances we will send you a prepaid label with your correct items to return the incorrect items.

Returns Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges of regular priced items within 20 days of purchase. You can return unused items in the original packaging within 20 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 20 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Purchases made between November 1st and Thanksgiving may only be returned for store credit. Returns, exchanges, and order cancellations will not be accepted or processed during any sale events, such as the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend. Items purchased during any sales events are final sale and cannot be returned.

We offer Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

We require proof of purchase for any returns, cancellations, exchanges, or warranty claims.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@allinfaith.com.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and custom items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@allinfaith.com or gives us a call at (254)-224-6865.

Shipping To return your product, please use the shipping label provided through our portal.
