Depending on the supplier for each item, you may obtain a lead time or an approximate shipping date. This is solely an estimate provided by the vendor and manufacturer of the item purchased. While we work constantly with our suppliers to get the most up to date information on fulfillment, lead times, and out of stock items, we can't guarantee that this is in fact an accurate date of product delivery and item availability. Please note that a large variety of products are made-to-order and have certain lead times. Feel free to inquire about lead times prior to ordering a product.

After shipping and departure of an item, a carrier assumes full responsibility of package and a lot of conditions come into play such as logistics, destination, terminals capacity, weather conditions, and driver capabilities.Please consider this when ordering.

Lead Times Lead times for products vary depending on a product. Fire Features can range from 3-4 Weeks and up to 7 weeks. Please consider contacting us to verify the lead time of specific products in order to ensure timely order placement, shipping, and delivery.

Ordering OUT OF STOCK items Please consider a purchase carefully as this item has NOT been discontinued but is awaiting fulfillment . Feel free to place an order and cancel within 24 hours before this is actually entering a second step into the shipping process. Please consider other alternatives before placing an order for an out of stock item.

Ordering CUSTOMIZED items Please understand that all CUSTOM items cannot be cancelled. You assume full responsibility of this purchase and the order is specially manufactured for you.Custom items are typically made to your exact specifications therefore this will only be suitable for you making this order unable to be cancelled nor returned.Please consider other alternatives before placing an order for a custom item.

Ordering Special Order items These items are MOST likely not in stock therefore it's consider SPECIAL or maybe it has to be made due to manufacturing reasons and processing. Please consider other alternatives before placing an order for Special Order item. Special order or custom items are subject to cancellation fees if the order is cancelled during production. Special order or custom items do NOT have a return policy and cannot be returned due to be special / custom orders.

Ordering Product with a Lead-Time Please consider inquiring about a status in an appropriate lapse of time. Some times orders get fulfilled way before expected while other may take a longer time. Different variables come into play and FirePits.store is able to provide you with the most up to date information when you communicate over an email with your purchase order.This product is most likely made-to-order and cancellation will be denied after 24 hours of placing an order. The product page should give you an estimated lead time and you abide by this information whether 1 day, 1 month, or 1 year.These products often have a special feature which assigns a lead time therefore not in stock nor on the shelf but you're still able to order. Please consider other alternatives before placing an order for a product with a Lead-Time.

Order a BACKORDERED item These items are NOT currently in-stock but will soon be fulfilled. There are many reason an item is on BACKORDER so feel free to place an order and then ask about when it may be getting shipped. This will most likely be known as soon as the order is placed. Some reason may be due to manufacturing, shipping, in transit, a delicate material, or perhaps a fragile item which needs careful treatment.Please consider other alternatives before placing an order for a backordered item.

Delivery of Packages Typically delivered within 7 business days from the day an order is shipped.Packaged items are delivered via UPS or FedEx with a tracking number. Everything shipped will have a tracking number issues which should be available to the consumer prior to shipping and be provided ensuing departure. All merchandise should be i nspected upon receiving and careful analysis should be notated and relayed on to FirePits.store along with an order number in case the product description was inaccurate or simply because you (the consumer) has received a different item.Please make sure the address and contact information provided are correct or changed if necessary before the order is picked up to avoid any type of surcharges at which situation then voids any prior agreement to "FREE SHIPPING." We do NOT ship via USPS therefore a PO Box address will be denied.

Delivery of a Palletized Shipment Typically delivered within 1 to 14 business days from the day the order is shipped.Palletized items are delivered with an infinity of carriers and trucking companies.Palletized shipments are only delivered curbside and will not be brought in to your driveway nor backyard nor install location. Please keep this important step in mind to ensure no issues arise at delivery. Please contact FirePits.store to make other possible arrangements at an adequate cost right after placing the order. Logistics scenarios can easily be deceiving due to all the parties involved during transportation. A palletized shipment is most likely picked up by truck then transported to a terminal which is then picked up and transported to a series of more terminals or perhaps a train with several stops and different carriers which in the end deliver with the same (or different) company name then the one which initially picked up. Often it happens that a carrier regional to the west coast has does business under a different name on the east coast but at the end FirePits.store has no control how the logistics game is played. Please be sure that the tracking ("PRO") number provided will remain the same regardless of how long this delivery takes without counting the amount of stops nor terminals. If a new tracking number is provided for any reason, you will have access to it as well.Palletized shipments are often fluctuating in transit time and are never guaranteed to deliver on the approximate date of delivery. Some shipment stop for a couple of days in a terminal only to deliver the following morning at 8am. FirePits.store has no control over any type of situation once the trucking company picks up the shipment.Please understand that a trucking company will reach out to you prior to delivery to ensure you are able to receive the shipment. Any "NO SHOW" or "CANCELLED" appointments will void "FREE SHIPPING" and we'll make sure to relay that information over to you (the consumer) so you can come to an agreement with the company delivering your palletized shipment.If your address has limited access or requires special sized trucks, please provide that information when you place an order or before it ships to avoid any surcharges or storage fees. Daily storage fees start at $65 USD within the USA and you(the consumer) are fully responsible for any extra charges for delivery caused by missed appointments, redelivery, reconsingment (change of address or contact information for receiving party), no availability, wrong address and contact information entered by FirePits.store and not corrected by you (the consumer) prior to departure. FirePits.store will provide acknowledgement of your order essentially right after you click to pay and submit the order. All these fees range and are not limited to pricing. Minimal fees are $65 for a simple change of address to more than $999 depending on the severity of the surcharge . Please make sure the address and contact information provided are correct or changed if necessary before the order is picked up to avoid any type of surcharges at which situation then voids any prior agreement to "FREE SHIPPING."

Damaged Delivery If your delivery looks damaged please refuse immediately and notate to the driver. DO NOT sign any paperwork to receive the product regardless of the driver's posture if your shipment or package looks damaged.For a palletized shipment, you (the consumer) have the right to check and inspect the product prior to signing for acceptance. Feel free to unwrap or open boxes on pallets and make sure to notate if there is any type of damage. We understand some drivers are not pleasing to work with and are often in a hurry but please make sure to REFUSE the shipment otherwise a future return may not be approved for the damaged items. FirePits.store strongly suggest you to REFUSE any and all shipments that seem to contain damaged products. It is known in the industry that due to its nature, FirePits been mishandled will have damaged parts not noticeable over the protection shrink-wrap nor when the bowls are boxed up for protection.Please consider calling any or all phone number on the packing list or emailing us after shipment refusal or proceed with a new order and damage claim to get a new replacement product free of cost.Please understand that you have 48 hours to inform FirePits.store of any damages post delivery; if failed to do so, you may inquire more inconvenience such and not limited to shipping costs, repair costs, and labor costs.

Custom / Made-To-Order Items

We currently do NOT take any returns for Custom or Made-To-Order items purchased through FirePits.store. If your order is in the process of production and has NOT been shipped, you may cancel and possibly be charged a restocking fee if the item has started its manufacturing process.

Returns and Refunds are subject to review on a case-by-case basis as well as based on the type of products. If we made an exception and accept a return, please consider helping us completing this in a timely manner in order to complete the process. We will NOT take any returns without prior authorization. If your order is not authorized for a return, you will NOT be granted a refund.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@firepits.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Should we accept a return, please note orders entered into the system that have not begun production shall incur a 10% cancellation fee. For returns, the client shall incur a 25% restocking fee.

In-Stock Items

We accept returns on qualifying in-stock merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

•The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.

•The product must be in resellable condition without signs of wear, damage, or installation.

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the above conditions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do NOT sign the trucking company's paperwork without first inspecting the units you are receiving. If the items show a significant damage, take pictures immediately and refuse the shipment; the refusal will be free of charge and product will be shipping back to manufacturer or our warehouse location. Should you receive an order with damage, please report this to us within 48 hours of delivery in order for us accept a return and replace the damaged items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges We do NOT take any exchanges without prior authorization. We would only take an exchange for an in-stock item. Exchanges are process at our discretion and no exchange is guaranteed approval regardless of nature.

Refunds In the event that we do take a return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refund processing times can take up to 5-10 business.
