Here at Lucy Pittaway, we ship our products worldwide and offer a range of shipping options to ensure your items arrive quickly and safely. Please review our shipping matrix below for the exact shipping costs for each region. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Please be aware that any products being shipped abroad from the UK will incur customs charges in the country of receipt. This is out of our control and is not something we can provide a costing for as each country is different.

USA - Due to current uncertainty regarding customs charges, we have temporarily suspended shipments to the USA. Please email info@lucypittaway.co.uk with any questions, and we will do our best to help you.

Where an order includes items from different product types, the shipping cost will default to the higher amount to ensure adequate postage for the larger item.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

PrintsAs our artwork products are bespoke and framed prints are made to order, lead times vary and are dependent on a number of factors. Below is a guide to the average lead times for certain products.

•For print only products please allow up to one week for mainland UK delivery. If we have existing stock, it will be delivered within 3-4 days. For Europe please allow 10 -14 days and the rest of the world approximately 4 weeks.

•For Mounted Prints please allow up to 10 days for mainland UK delivery. If we have existing stock, it will be delivered within 4-5 days. For Europe please allow 10 -14 days and the rest of the world approximately 4 weeks.

•For framed prints please allow up to 28 days for delivery in mainland UK except during peak periods such as Christmas where delivery may take between 4-5 weeks. For Europe please allow 2-4 weeks and the rest of the world approximately 4-6 weeks

Our framed prints are bespoke products using quality hard-wood frames manufactured in the UK and framed by our expert team of skilled framers.

Please note international framed print orders will be framed with Perspex instead of glass.

Canvases

For canvases, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for an unframed or framed canvas for delivery in mainland UK. Please contact the gallery for delivery times to Europe and the rest of the world.

Homeware & StationeryFor homeware and stationery items, please allow 3-4 days for mainland UK delivery. For Europe please allow 10 -14 days and the rest of the world approximately 4 weeks.

Need it Quickly?

Click & Collect

We understand that sometimes you need your order quickly and we will do our best to accommodate this where possible. One option is to visit a gallery in person to view the range of mounted and framed stock we have available. You can also contact us in advance of your visit as we hold stock across all our galleries and we often transfer stock between stores.

Another option is our Click & Collect which is available as a shipping option at the online check out meaning you can collect your order once it's ready instead of waiting for delivery. Click & Collect is available at all galleries, simply choose your preferred collection location at the time of check out.

Artwork Packaging

•Print only orders for delivery within mainland UK will be rolled and sent in a tube or small box.

•Mounted prints will be sent flat packed in bubble wrap and placed in a slim box.

•Framed prints and canvases for delivery within the UK will be packaged in bubble wrap with corner protectors and shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes specifically designed to hold framed pictures.

NoteFramed pictures of size 26 inches and above will be shipped with Perspex acrylic instead of standard glass, regardless of the destination to guarantee safe arrival of your artwork. This also applies to framed pictures of any size being shipped outside of UK mainland. This prevents damage during transit and guarantees the safe arrival of the product.

Just like our glass products, our Perspex is of high grade quality, so your framed picture won’t be compromised but remains durable and therefore safer to ship. Read about caring for your Perspex here .

Cancellation and Returns Policy

ONLINE ORDERS

Before deciding to return your item, you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst you inspect the goods. Therefore please ensure you do not damage the items or the packaging and if you wish to return an item, ensure that it reaches us in a perfect resaleable condition. Where an item is sold with a tag attached, the tag must still be attached upon return. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession or if you have returned your purchase after 14 days (with the exception of faulty goods), we reserve the right not to accept your return. We may instead return your purchase to you.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM? 1. Please email us at info@lucypittaway.co.uk stating the reason for your return along with your order reference number (this starts with WEB).

REFUND POLICY

You can return goods you have ordered within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange or credit to your E-Wallet. The costs related to returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless the product is faulty. Upon receipt of the goods, we will inspect the items and pending assessment of their condition, will provide a full refund of the amount paid, an exchange or credit within 14 days. The amount refunded will include the cost of standard delivery. Shipping costs relating to expedited shipping options will not be refunded. Any damage incurred during return is not the responsibility of Lucy Pittaway Limited. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re packaged properly, obtain proof of postage and take photos of your packaged item before it is sent to us. We reserve the right not to accept returns if the value of an item has been diminished by something caused by you. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are not delivered.

The right to return goods will not apply in the following circumstances:

•If the product has been used, worn, altered or damaged (with the exception of faulty goods).

•If the product has not been returned with all original packaging and be in a saleable condition. Artwork prints must therefore be returned with their cellophane wrapping intact.

Only items purchased at www.lucypittaway.co.uk can be returned. We cannot accept returns of products purchased through another retailer, these need to be returned to the original retailer.

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of your item being returned according to the payment method used below:

Credit / Debit card

If you paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the same card originally used for payment.

PayPal

If you paid online using PayPal we will process your refund to your PayPal account.

E-Wallet

If you paid online using your account E-Wallet we will process your refund to your E-Wallet account.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event your purchase develops a problem we’re here to help. All of our frames come with a two year warranty which protects against slipped pictures in frames or fading of pictures.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

If you purchased the item from one of our galleries, please contact them directly for assistance with your return. The same returns and refund policy applies to items bought form a gallery.
