Freight Shipments (Cabinets & Large Items)

Freight shipments require delivery appointments

Curbside delivery is standard

Liftgate service is included where applicable

Delivery Inspection Requirement

All freight shipments must be inspected at delivery:

Inspect all items before signing

Note any damage on the delivery receipt

Take photos of any damage

Do NOT accept damaged shipments without notation

Failure to follow these steps may result in denied claims.

Important:Signing for delivery without noting damage releases the carrier and seller from liability.

Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments

Missed delivery appointments may result in redelivery fees

Refused shipments may incur return freight and restocking charges

All Sales Policy

All sales are considered final unless approved in writing. By placing an order, the buyer accepts full responsibility for product selection, compatibility, and installation requirements.

Return Eligibility (If Approved)

Request submitted within 7 days of delivery

Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Item is in resalable condition

A restocking fee up to 25% may apply
