We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days via our contact menu form with details of the product and the defect or by email.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours at no charge.

Any order cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.This fee covers processing, warehouse handling, and reservation of inventory.

Please note that once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under our return policy.
