Because your product is manufactured using the exact text, spelling, sizing, and finish selections you provide when placing your order: You are responsible for verifying all spelling, wording, measurements, and selections before submitting your order. Orders enter production quickly and therefore cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once placed. We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors including spelling, grammar, formatting, sizing, or design instructions. If a digital design proof is provided, approval of that proof constitutes final authorization for production.
