1. Shipping Fees

•Free shipping on orders over USD 49 (after discounts, excluding tax).

•An additional shipping fee applies to orders under USD 49 and certain international orders.

Please note that an additional fee of USD 15.99 will be charged for shipments to Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Israel , Mexico, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

2. Order Processing Time

•Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is verified.

•Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

•Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

4. Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

If tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

•Check with household members

•Check with neighbors or the building reception

•Verify all possible delivery locations around your address

For delivered orders reported as missing, customers may be required to complete a Declaration of Non-Receipt to assist with further investigation.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

•The item must be unused and in its original condition (including all packaging and tags).

•The item must not be marked as non-returnable or final sale.

•The item must be returned within 30 days from receipt.

How to Return an Item:

•Contact us at service @hototools .com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide you with the return address based on your location.

•Currently, we are unable to provide return shipping labels. We kindly ask that you check the return shipping cost with your courier or postal service. Please also provide us with the tracking number once the return shipment has been made.

•Once you receive the return address, please securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the provided address.

Return Shipping Costs:

•If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

•If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within [7-10] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

•Shipping charges are non-refundable.

•If the returned item does not meet the return requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

3. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us at service @hototools .com as soon as possible, before the order is shipped. While we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation, as we process orders quickly.

•If your cancellation is successful, you will receive an email confirmation.

•Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please wait for the delivery and initiate a return within 30 days of receipt.

Note: Failure to follow the return process, or rejecting a delivered order, may result in the loss of the item during transit or rejection by our warehouse due to missing return registration, which could make you ineligible for a refund or replacement.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@hototools.com with a description and photos/videos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7-10 business days, please check with your payment provider or bank. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@hototools.com

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

•Gift cards

•Personalized or customized items

•Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" in the product description

8. International Orders

For international returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and customs duties. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging to avoid any delays.
