Delivery from The Modern Croft
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We may be able to fulfil an international delivery on specific request but the full cost of shipping will be added to any order so please contact us direct on whether a delivery outside the UK may be possible and we can obtain a delivery quote for you. Any customs, taxes or other duties in these circumstances will be for the account of the customer.
Please note that our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Orders will be processed on the day they are placed with shipping on the next shipping day following placement of the order. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery should take 2 -3 working days including Saturdays but we are unable to guarantee delivery as the delivery process is outside our control.
We apply a flat fee shipping cost of £4.95 per order but orders of £100 or more will attract free shipping.

We would be surprised if you weren’t happy with your purchase from The Modern Croft but we appreciate that it is difficult to judge a product through an online shop and fully accept that you may change your mind.In this event — we can offer a refund on any item — please return it to our business address noted below in its original packaging and in saleable condition within 21 days of purchase. — as a small independent business we are, unfortunately, unable to offer a return postage service and cannot reimburse postage costs associated with a return — please note that in a bid to save on waste we do not send out unnecessary despatch or receipt notes with the parcel so upon returning the item please send a note with your name and order number with your package and indicate whether you are looking for an exchange or a refund. Although we package your goods with care and consideration before they leave our store it is possible that breakages or damage can occur in transit. Worry not though - if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at hello@themoderncroft.com and we will discuss how best to resolve it with you and arrange for a fully paid return in this event if that is practicable.
