Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and can ship eligible orders to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is available for many products; availability and charges are shown at checkout when supported.

Shipping Charges and Tracking

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Free delivery is available only on eligible products or categories when shown in the store. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order.

Ashley Gifts Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of shipment. Before sending an item back, email info@mygardenflag.com for review and return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will provide a replacement or refund. In many cases, a damaged item does not need to be returned unless we specifically request it.

Non-Defective Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, resellable, and returned in the original packaging with all labels and components.

Refunds cover the eligible product price only.

Original outbound shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply when an item or its packaging is not returned in original resellable condition.

Custom and personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
