We offer both local and nationwide shipping and delivery. Local shipments are delivered by our team members within 75 miles from our Keystone location. Orders with local delivery will include a $75 charge added to the order.

Nationwide shipments will be sent via USPS and UPS for ground shipments, and charges will be determined based on the shipment weight and product type. You will be notified of the shipping charges during checkout.

Shipments requiring LTL Freight shipping will also be delivered at a cost of $75.00. LTL Freight shipments will be delivered unassembled on a palletized shipment.

Returns for Standard ShippingPlease indicate your reason for returning the product and provide necessary details and photos as necessary. Upon receiving your inquiry, our team will provide a return label. Please use the provided return label and attach it to the package being returned. Please email events@sullivanhardware.com to receive your return label. Please make sure the order number is included along with the reason for the return.

If you want to replace or exchange the product you have returned, please indicate this in your email request.

Returns for Order Shipped via Nationwide LTL

Please indicate your reason for returning the product and provide necessary details and photos as necessary . Once your request is received along with the dimensions and weights of the return shipment, we will set up the shipment for return.

All return shipping costs will be paid by the customer in full. This amount will be reduced from the overall refund. When the product is received back at our facilities, a refund will be issued to the credit card used in the original transaction in the amount of the purchase price of the product less the associated return shipping costs.

We offer $75.00 flat rate LTL shipping for most furniture pieces. Due to the high cost of shipping and the associated return shipping costs, the following merchandise, purchased individually / in a quantity of one (1), is considered FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE and not eligible for return:

Returns for Ship-to-Store OrdersReturns for items shipped using our sullivanhardware.com Local Pickup shipping option should be returned to the location to which it was originally delivered.

Returns for White-Glove Local Delivery Orders

Returns for items delivered by our in-house delivery crew will incur return fees based on a tiered fee structure by distance from our Nora warehouse. The structure is as follows:

•Within 50 miles = $75.00

•Within 75 miles = $100.00

•Within 100 miles = $150.00

•Within 150 miles = $250.00

•Over 150 miles = Case by case basis
