Domestic Orders:

L&M Boutique orders are processed and dispatched from our Whitsundays warehouse via Australia Post within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can.

A confirmation of your shipment with your tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Please carefully check your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect delivery details. Should you have an enquiry on the whereabouts of your order and have already received your shipping confirmation, please contact Australia Post directly.

Once your order has been shipped, L&M Boutique is not liable for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. Should your parcel be delayed please contact the postal provider and reference your tracking number. Safe drop is performed at the customers risk and L&M Boutique is not liable for parcels that show as delivered with safe drop and go missing or being damaged by weather. International Orders L&M Boutique orders intended for international shipment are dispatched from our Whitsundays warehouse via Australia Post. Your shipping rate will populate when your country is entered at checkout. International Shipping rates and estimated Delivery timeframe will vary by country and can take on average between 8-18 business days Please get in touch with us if your preferred destination is not listed at checkout.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties and Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. L&M Boutique does not collect international taxes on behalf of customers, so the customer is responsible for all taxes or charges to import items into their country.

If an international client refuses a shipment from L&M Boutique, the client is responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. These costs will come out of any potential refund you may receive due to the returned item.

Cancellations and Amendments

You have 2 hour window after placing your order to request cancellation or amendment.

Amendments include:

Change of delivery address

Change of item colour or style

Adding and/or removing items from the order

Applying discounts/gift cards

Full order cancellations

For your piece of mind, L&M Boutique offers 30 Day Free Return | Full Refund policy, regardless of the reason for the return. If you simply changed your mind, you are still eligible for a Free Return on a regular priced items within 30 days of purchase.

If the return item(s) have been purchased within Sale or Promotional Offer, you are still eligible for 30 Day Return | Full Refund less (minus) shipping cost, regardless of the reason for the return.

You can return your L&M product for a store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

•Full Refund (including shipping fee) will be issued on a regular priced items.

•Full refund (minus shipping fee) will be issued on a sale/promotional items.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item returned must meet the following conditions:

The return is processed within 30 days of receipt of order.

Returned items are in its original condition: unused, all tags attached, in its protective dust bag and original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

The item is not a gift voucher

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which product(s) you would like to return.

You are required to send the product back to us within 7 days of return initiation.

For the Regular Priced return item(s): Print the Prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email and send the item(s) back to us in the original packaging/shipping box using the label provided.

For the Sale/Promotional return item(s), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item(s). Post the item(s) to the return address that you will receive by email. We cannot guarantee that we receive returned items, therefore a registered tracking number must be provided. You may also choose to use a shipping insurance. Once the package is shipped, please email the tracking information and your original order number to the info@lmboutique.com.au or via Contact Form

After the item(s) has been received, our team will review and inspect the product(s) to ensure that they meet the return conditions outlined above.

Once approved, you will receive

•a full refund (on regular priced products);

•a full refund minus shipping cost (on sale/promotional products)

Your refund will be issued within 3 business days of us receiving your returned item(s). We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been finalised. Refunds may take up to 2 days to appear in your account depending on your method of payment.

Final Sale Items Items purchased within Final Sale period are non-refundable. The product(s) participating in the Final Sale will be clearly marked as “Final Sale Products” on the product page on our website. We ask that you choose carefully when purchasing a final sale item(s).
