1. Personalized & Engraved Items
All personalized, monogrammed, or engraved products are final sale and non-returnable.
Returns or refunds are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing or transit issues.
Please note that design preferences or subjective quality opinions do not qualify as defects.
2. Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. What Qualifies as Damaged or Defective
An item is considered damaged or defective if:
It arrives with dents, scratches, broken parts, or plating defects
Engraving is incorrect due to our error
A frame, box, or product component is broken or missing.
Not considered defective:
Minor variations in color, engraving depth, or finish (normal in handcrafted items)
Customer-entered engraving errors or spelling mistakes
Product style or design not meeting personal expectations.
4. Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@allsilvergifts.com with your order number.Our team will review your concern and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or repair. Claims made beyond 48 hours cannot be accepted due to carrier damage reporting timelines.
5. Shipping Errors
If we send the wrong item or engraving, we’ll correct it immediately by sending a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Final Sale Items
All custom, personalized, clearance, or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless defective.
