You may return:

- Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has the original tags.

- Merchandise must be received within 14 days of original purchase date FOR ONLINE CREDIT ONLY! -No debit/credit refunds will be issued.

You may NOT return:

-All clearance and 33% off items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

-All Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Online credit:

- Merchandise may be returned for online credit ONLY within 14 days of the DATE of purchase.

- Gift card code will be emailed to the email address provided.

If your return does not meet the above criteria or is mailed back past the 14 day limit it will be rejected by our returns department and will be held at the store. The item(s) can be mailed back to you with a future order or immediately for a $8 shipping fee. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

To make your return

1. Please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

2. Mail your package to 1205 Chestnut Street, Suite A, Murray, KY 42071.

3. Once your package is received, please allow up to 3 business days for return processing. You will be emailed a notification once your return is received.
