Delivery from My KNX
All orders which contain out of stock or custom build good(s) will receive both an order lead time update and following dispatch confirmation via email. For orders which contain only in stock good(s) a dispatch confirmation will only be sent via email.
Free standard delivery is applicable for orders over £1000 ex vat (UK mainland only, order total based on goods only).
My KNX is not responsible for any courier delays, failed deliveries or any other circumstances which fall outside of the company’s control.
In stock orders:
Orders comprised of all in stock good(s) placed before 15:00 will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after that time will be dispatched the next working day.
Out of stock orders:
Orders including any out of stock or custom build good(s) will be held until the order can be shipped in full, with the longest lead time applicable. A notification will be sent via email confirming all applicable lead times, this may take up to 2-working days.
Part shipments:
Orders are held until all goods are available for dispatch. Part shipments are available upon request for orders over £250 ex vat (excluding carriage) and valid for UK mainland delivery only. Multiple calls offs might be subject to additional carriage charges. Please get in touch here stating the relevant Order number.
Express services:
Both Express pre-10:30 and pre-12:00 services are available, subject to delivery address. The selected delivery service is applicable when the order is ready to be shipped in full. * Please note express services might be suspended during or in the lead up to public holidays. Shipped Orders:
When an order has been shipped and an alternative delivery address has been requested after courier collection a charge of £12 will be applicable, if no fault of MKS.
Damaged good(s):
Any damaged good(s) must be reported in writing within 48-hours of delivery. An RMA must be raised via the contact us form detailing the good(s) in question. Any issues with raising the relevant RMA please email support@myknxstore.co.uk stating order number and the damaged good(s) in question.
Incorrect or incomplete deliveries:
Orders which contain incorrect or incomplete quantities compared to the enclosed delivery note must be reported in writing within 48-hours of delivery. An RMA must be raised via the contact us form for all incorrectly received good(s). Any issues with raising the relevant RMA please email support@myknxstore.co.uk stating order number and the incorrect good(s) in question. For deliveries which include incomplete quantities compared to the enclosed delivery note please email support@myknxstore.co.uk directly stating order number and the quantity discrepancies.
Received Deliveries:
The buyer must inspect all good(s) on delivery and report any damages or discrepancies within 48-hours of receipt of good(s). My KNX are not liable for any damages or discrepancies after this period.
EU Shipments
All European shipments are subject to a minimum order value of £200 ex VAT from January 1 st 2021. We are currently shipping to the following EU countries;
Ireland.
Please note that some products are not available for EU shipping currently and will disable the shipping option at checkout for more information please get in touch here .
European B2B shipments also require a valid EORI and ( VAT / Tax ) Identification Number before a shipment can be dispatched, orders will be held until this information is provided.
Some European B2C destinations require a PID (Personal Identification Number) for the receiver of the goods of a B2C shipment in order for Customs to clear the shipment. Requirements and formats vary by destination, however examples include a DNI or NIE for Spain, a Norwegian National Identity Number for Norway, an Italian Codice Fiscale Number.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for European shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and My KNX encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to My KNX at the customers expense. The customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping, provided the goods arrive to us in the original condition and not damaged in any way. This does not include custom order items, such as but not limited to bespoke keypads. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded in this case. If returned goods do not get to us for any reason, we cannot be held liable and reserve the right not issue a refund for the goods.
From the 1st January 2022 the Importer in any of the following French Cluster countries will need to register in France for a VAT Number. (See Below Highlighted Countries)
Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
To obtain the French VAT Number the importer in any of the above countries will need to submit an application to the Republique Francaise . The following details will need to be provided to obtain this.
VAT Certificate to prove the business is registered elsewhere in the European Union.
Articles of Association - This is a document stating the company's purpose and operations.
Extract from the company’s National Trade Register.
Once these details have been provided the importer in the destination country should receive a VAT Number in the format of FR + 11 Digits Eg. FR12345678901.
The Importing business will need to supply MY KNX with this information so that the consignment can be processed for customs clearance in France, without this order will not be able to be shipped to the destination country in the above-mentioned French cluster.

Returns from My KNX
For good(s) returns the buyer must request an RMA via the online RMA Request Portal for online orders or email support@myknxstore.co.uk for offline orders stating the order number and the good(s) to return along with the reason for return. A member of the My KNX team will then be in touch with an official RMA form to gather all relevant information.
No good(s) are to be returned without prior authorisation , returned good(s) will not be processed until the official RMA Request has been completed. My KNX reserves the right to refund all or part of the original invoiced total. For any assistance regarding the RMA process please contact: support@myknxstore.co.uk
Following receipt of the completed RMA Request, the buyer will be updated of the subsequent procedures. All applicable refunds shall be processed in the same form of payment the original order was purchased.
For unwanted goods RMAs, if approved, a refund will be issued within 3-weeks of My KNX receiving the returned good(s). The return window for unwanted items is 30 days from the date the good(s) have been delivered. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return any unwanted good(s).
Please note we are unable to accept unwanted good(s) RMAs if the device box seal(s) have been broken.
For fault RMAs, all goods are to be returned to the relevant manufacturer(s) for testing. Timeline of test period varies. If the good(s) are approved under a warranty fault, a refund will be issued within 3-weeks of My KNX receiving testing approval from the manufacturer.
All good(s) returns must be:
Received in an unboxed, unused and resalable condition including original unmarked packaging and documentation.
Listed on the RMA paperwork which must be included in the box with the good(s) returned.
Good(s) returned which are not listed on the RMA paperwork will be rejected and returned with an additional re-delivery charge.
Good(s) returned within the 7-day cooling off period:
By law, buyers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of good(s) within 7-days after the date on which the good(s) were delivered.
When good(s) returns fall within this cooling off period, and there has been no error by My KNX , the good(s) in question will be refunded at the invoiced total.
Good(s) returned not in a saleable condition will be rejected or incur additional handling charges.
The cost of delivery or additional services provided will not be refunded.
My KNX reserves the right to recover collection costs if applicable.
Special / custom made good(s) can only be returned if found to be faulty.
Non-standard stock lines may incur additional supplier handling charges.
Good(s) returned after the 7-day cooling off period:
When good(s) returns fall between 7-30 days after delivery, and there has been no error by My KNX , the good(s) in question will be refunded at the invoiced total less a standard 15% restocking charge.
Good(s) returned not in a saleable condition will be rejected or incur additional handling charges.
The cost of delivery or additional services provided will not be refunded.
My KNX reserves the right to recover collection costs if applicable.
Special / custom made good(s) can only be returned if found to be faulty.
Non-standard stock lines may incur additional supplier handling charges.
Good(s) returned 30 days after delivery will not be accepted unless authorized by My KNX in writing.
Fault Returns:
Good(s) subject to a suspected fault will be returned to the relevant manufacturer for further testing.
If the good(s) are approved by the relevant manufacturer under a warranty fault the good(s) will be refunded at the invoiced total. Those good(s) rejected by the relevant manufacturer will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer.
Due to manufacturer testing, fault returns are subject to longer turnarounds.
If the faulty good(s) have been subject to a manufacturer support ticket, please provide the relevant support ticket numbers as these can be required by some manufacturers prior to the good(s) being accepted back.
Training Course refunds:
Training course deposit payments are non-refundable and under the discretion of My KNX to transfer to a different course.
Training course balance payments are required two weeks before the course commences at the latest. Failure to fulfil payment by this deadline might result in the position(s) on the course being withdrawn.
My KNX is not responsible for trainee travel / accommodation bookings.
