Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Final Sale Items: All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must accompany all returns.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Returns: For international returns, the customer is responsible for both return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes.
