Zyyva Delivery & Shipping Policy At Zyyva, we are committed to delivering your purchase with exceptional service and flexibility. Our delivery experience is designed to prioritize your satisfaction, ensuring every detail is handled with care for a seamless journey from our studio to your space.

Order Processing & Custom Products

All custom-made Zyyva products require 90–99 days for production before shipping. Once your custom order is finalized, we will provide an estimated delivery timeline. Standard non-custom items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Delivery OverviewZyyva coordinates all shipments to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible on a date that suits you. For your convenience:

•All items in an order ship together, with a delivery timeline provided at checkout.

•Once your shipment reaches the terminal nearest your location, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery to your home or business.

•Be available during the scheduled 4-hour delivery window to inspect packaging and note any issues on the delivery paperwork. Signatures are required unless shipped via UPS or small parcel carriers.

•Additional fees may apply for order modifications post-processing, evening/weekend delivery (subject to availability), or extended storage.

PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO boxes.

•Weekend/evening delivery availability varies by region.

•For customer pick-up orders, wait for a warehouse confirmation call before collecting your items.

•Shipping timelines are estimates; Zyyva is not liable for delays, damages, or costs incurred due to transit variables.

Service Includes: Threshold delivery to the "first dry area" (e.g., garage, lobby, or service area of high-rise buildings).

Excludes: Inside placement, assembly, or packaging removal.

Signature: Required (excludes UPS/small parcel carriers).

White Glove Shipping

Service Includes:

•Scheduled in-home delivery (up to 1 flight of stairs).

•Basic assembly and removal of large packaging materials.

Excludes : Wall mounting (French cleat systems), light fixture installation, or debris removal.

Packaging: Retain packaging if considering a return.

Transit Time: 5–15 Working Days in Canada and the U.S.

Customer Pick-Up

Free pick-up available from Zyyva warehouses:

How It Works:

Pick-up automatically appears as an option during checkout for local addresses.

Wait for a confirmation email with warehouse details, contact information, and availability.

Orders held for 15 calendar days; storage fees apply for extensions.

Third-Party Pick-Up: Notify us in advance; agents must present photo ID.

Preparation: Bring a large vehicle and assistance for loading. Warehouse staff cannot assist.

Important: Zyyva is not liable for loss, damage, or costs once possession is transferred during pick-up. Retain original packaging for potential returns.

Contact - Zyyva - Checkout

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at zyyvahome@outlook.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Office 9-409, Wuyue Plaza, Xincheng, No. 77 Aixi North Road, Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province , ChinaIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at zyyvahome@outlook.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at zyyvahome@outlook.com.
