For Europe * we charge £18 postage for orders up to £100 in value, £30 for orders up to £500 in Value and FREE delivery over £500 in Value.

For the rest of the world shipping* we charge £30 for orders up to £100 in value, £60 for orders in value between £100 and £250, £90 for orders between £250 and £500 and £120 for orders over £500.

The majority of overseas orders will not be charged UK VAT. However, customers will be liable for their customs, import fees and local taxes on delivery.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please check every time you order.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 days for a full refund. To do this, please Contact us by email or telephone, quoting the order number supplied to you. All goods must be returned in thier original unused condition and in thier original packaging.

In most circumstances it is not possible to change an order once it is placed.

- To purchase additional products, please place a new order for those items.

- To change your delivery address or change items in an order, please contact us by email or telephone.

- If you order has already been dispatched or delivered please follow our Returns Procedure.

- There are some products that can not be refunded or exchanged, such as perishable items or items made to order.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Consumer Contracts Regulations

This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:

- You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.

- We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived please check your order status online by signing into your account and selecting Track orders. Also, please check the delivery tracking service with the post provider.

If your order is incomplete, it may be that a product is on backorder and so will arrive separately. We will have endeavoured to update you of this situation but please contact us if you expected the full order in a single delivery.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

For items returned by post, unless faulty, we would expect the purchaser to cover the cost of return postage to us:

- You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods.

- We recommended you take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

-We would make any like-for like exchange without additional post charges from us.

Any goods returned, unless faulty, must be in saleable condition. We'd expect the product is returned with all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the product to us, by post or in person, to our shop, via the instructions in our Returns Procedure. We will exchange it or refund it to the debit or credit card of the person who originally placed and purchased the order.

In the event of a return of goods for a refund we do not refund the postage paid on the original order.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
