Hardmill ships all domestic orders with USPS, UPS or Fedex. Tracking numbers are provided via email at the time of shipment. Please allow 24 hours after receiving tracking for the info to update before contacting us. Carrier options may vary based on destination.

Domestic Shipping

• Shipping Rates: Flat-rate shipping on orders below $150, and free standard shipping on all domestic orders above $150.

• Fulfillment Times: We strive to ship all domestic orders within 5 business days after the order has been placed. If your order will take longer to ship, we will notify you immediately.

• Tracking Information: Tracking numbers are provided via email at the time of shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the information to update before contacting us.

International Shipping - Currently on pause. Please contact us if you have questions.

• Shipping Rates: International shipping is available at a flat rate of $25.

• Duties & Taxes: Hardmill does not collect or pay duties, taxes, or import fees for orders shipping outside the USA. The recipient is fully responsible for paying all applicable duties, customs fees, and taxes required by their country’s customs authorities in order to receive their shipment.

• Customs Delays & Refusals: Customs processing times and import fees vary by country. If an international shipment is refused or returned due to non-payment of these fees or any other reason, any associated return shipping or additional charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once orders have left our workshop, Hardmill cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If you are having trouble locating a shipment, please contact your local post office or parcel carrier for assistance.

Rejected Packages & Additional Charges

• The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected or returned packages, including but not limited to return shipping costs and restocking fees (if applicable).

• Hardmill is not responsible for fees incurred from imported goods, custom fees, or any other additional charges outside of our set shipping rates.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customized items are non-returnable.To start a return, you can contact us at service@hardmill.com . We only offer store credit or refund to original payment method. If your return is accepted, we will give you shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees. We do not refund original order shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Hardmill, LLC does reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is returned beyond 15 days of purchase or if it is returned without original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for international orders.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. I f you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@hardmill.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
