1. All orders are processed between 24-72 business hours. During holiday season, due to extremely high volume, it may take 48-72 business hours to process orders.

2. If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address has been verified, it will be shipped between 24-72 business hours. For wire transfer, Cashier Check or Money Order Payment orders, we will ship your order on the day the fund is cleared into our account.

3. If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address and billing address is different, we may ask you to fill out an authorization form and send back to us. Your order may not be shipped until we receive your signed authorization.

4. For merchandise over 100lbs/box, it will be shipped by professional LTL trucking company. For merchandise under 100lbs, it will be shipped by FedEx.

5. Currently, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and overseas addresses.

6. You will be emailed a tracking number after your order has been shipped. You can go to the shipping company's website to track your shipment activities.

7. Order may be cancelled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee. Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be charged for "To And From Shipping And Handling Charges" incurred in shipping your order and a 25% restocking fee.

RETURN AND REFUND INFORMATION

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 50 days, for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other additional charges.

The following is our Return Policy Agreement:

•Please contact one of our friendly staff to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) or email us at support@motopro.freshdesk.com. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Once you have an RMA number it is your financial responsibility to return the item to the address specified.

Customer are responsible for appropriately packaging any product as original they wish to return, including parts, accessories, and bikes. For vehicle returns, it is crucial that the customer ensures proper packaging, so the delivery company accepts the item for return. If the customer fails to package the vehicle correctly and the delivery company refuses to accept the return, we will be unable to issue a refund in such cases.

Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

If you do not have the original packaging, manuals, or the item is slightly used, that's ok too. We will still process a return with a small deduction on your refund for what is missing. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages.

•25% - 35% restocking fee may be applied according to the condition.

•This guarantee will not warrant returns on items that are damaged, have had alterations of any kind, or have been used or maintained in a way that is not recommended by the manufacturer.

•Refurbished items will not qualify for this guarantee. All sales are final for all refurbished products.

•If you have received your vehicle for more than 50 days and have used it, you will not be eligible to return it for refund or replacement. You can contact us to get our authorization to send the vehicle or parts back for repair.

•Over 6 months return or unauthorized return may subject over 50% restocking fee

•In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.

•We don't accept worn cloth, shoes, gears return. Unauthorized return subject to variable restock fees based on the condition.

•Order may be cancelled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee.

Refund Method: Original Payment Source OnlyAll approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction. This means:Credit/Debit Card Purchases will be refunded to the original card number.PayPal or Other Third-Party Processor Purchases will be refunded to the account used for the original payment.Bank Transfer Purchases will be refunded to the originating bank account.We cannot issue refunds to an alternate payment method, card, or account for security and fraud prevention reasons.

Important NotesFor refunds to a credit card, the card must be valid and active. If your card has expired or been replaced, please contact your card issuer. Most banks will automatically credit the refund to your new card or account.
