Freshness GuaranteeWe take quality seriously. If you receive fruit that doesn't meet our freshness standards, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to let us know. Please email contactus@tropicalbox.co.uk with clear images of the item(s) in question.

Once we receive your email and review the photos, we’ll be in touch to offer a suitable solution—either a replacement or partial refund, depending on the issue.

Quality IssuesIf any fruit in your box arrives damaged or not up to standard, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the affected items to contactus@tropicalbox.co.uk, and we’ll review your case.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a partial refund or replacement item.

RefundsRefunds are issued at our discretion based on the condition of the fruit and the timing of your report. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction due to taste or personal preference.
