At Le Style Boutique, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer a range of domestic and international delivery options to suit your needs.

Domestic Delivery (Australia)

All domestic orders are sent via FedEx Express.

Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Time: 1–2 business days for most metropolitan areas. Delivery times may vary for regional or remote locations.

Weekends and Public Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Promotional Periods: During peak sale periods, dispatch and delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.

Same-Day Delivery (Metropolitan Melbourne Only)

We offer same-day delivery via Uber for customers located within metropolitan Melbourne.

Availability: Monday to Friday during standard business hours

Confirmation Required: Same-day delivery must be arranged and confirmed with our team prior to placing your order

Delivery Fee: Based on your location and Uber Direct rates; the fee will be confirmed at the time of booking

This is a flexible, on-demand service and is subject to availability at the time of request.

International Delivery

We ship internationally via FedEx Express to selected destinations.

Delivery Time: Typically 2–7 business days depending on your location and customs clearance

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout or quoted separately for certain destinations

Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country

Please ensure that the delivery information provided at checkout is complete and accurate to avoid any delays or failed deliveries.

Alternative Courier Requests

If you would prefer to use a specific courier or have special delivery requirements, we are happy to accommodate where possible.

We offer exchanges, replacements, or store credit for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.

Lestyle Outlet — Final Sale Policy

Please note that all items purchased from the Lestyle Outlet are final sale. As these products are heavily discounted (typically 50%–70% off), we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits on outlet purchases.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original, saleable condition

Tags and labels must be intact and attached

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

A return request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your item(s)

Please note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Email us at customercare@lestyle.com.au within 2 days of receiving your order.

Include your receipt number, item code(s), and reason for the return.

We will reply with return authorisation and further instructions, including the return address.

Return your item(s) either:

By post (at your expense), or

We recommend using tracked post and keeping your receipt as proof of return. Le Style Boutique is not liable for any returned items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns (e.g. change of size or style), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds and Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue:

An exchange, or

A replacement, or

Store credit (valid for 6 months)

We do not offer refunds unless the item is confirmed as faulty under Australian Consumer Law. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

We Cannot Accept Returns For:

Change of Mind Policy

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size, item, or quantity

Finding the item cheaper elsewhere

Damage caused by misuse or neglect
